Commission t.o.s
​-I have the right to deny your commission.
-Pay must come first before i start, payments are also welcome for bigger commissions.
​-Refunds are not allowed after a point in the commission, this being said if I have started your commission, you are not allowed to ask for a refund, only when I haven't started it. fail to follow this you will be added to my blacklist.
​-Please wait a while for wips of your commission, they take time and I want the best for you and me. I do send wips in progress to make sure everything is right.
​-Please be patient making art does take time it also depends on what you order.
​-Please have a reference sheet of what your want to be done, I DO NOT take paragraphs of description of the character. only for backgrounds.
-Please be kind to me and the art as in bugging me for it to be finished, I stress very easily over a lot of work and I tend to overwork myself.
-please understand that I have medical problems in my everyday life, drawing causes me pain over the course of time. So it will take longer the bigger the commission.
-please respect my rules and t.o.s, failing to do so will cause you to be added to my blacklist
-If you do wish to have a refund but you do not valid for it, you are however allowed to trade in the said commission for something else, as in changing it to something different that's the same value, or you can gift it to someone else.
Customs t.o.s
-DO NOT resell the character right after you got it. You MUST keep it for at least a full 3 months
-Do not redesign the character right after you got them, you are however allowed to add a few things that I missed.
-DO NOT resell the character for a higher price than what you paid for unless you have the art of that such character
-Please have at least $30 or 3,000 points extra for the customs, payment is paid after the custom is done due to letting me figure out how much it will all cost, failed to have the amount you will not receive the custom and it will be put up for sale as an adopt for people to buy, I will, however, wait 2 weeks before doing so
-No Refunds are allowed even after the character is finished.

-I now only do holds for 3 weeks, for paid ones. and only 4 weeks for art payment ones.
-Character trades are welcome but I am a VERY picky person.
-The character does not belong to you until I get my payment. and that can either be by Paypal, da points, amino coins, or art.

-Once you own the character you are allowed to change the character but please at least keep it somewhat looking like the original one so I can tell who they are.
-DO NOT resell the character for a higher price than you paid for them UNLESS you have the art of that such character, other than that they have to be sold for either the same price or lower regardless if they have a redesign.
-If the character has $ that means I want it for money ONLY. Unless there's another option on it. Other than that please don't try to offer on them.
